Take Delivery & POS Order

In this article, you’ll learn how to manage takeaway & delivery orders in your Membroz account.

Takeaway & Delivery are the same. The only difference is that in takeaway, customers come to the restaurant & take the orders i.e. parcel system & in delivery, online channels like zomato, swiggy, uber eats, etc take the parcel from the restaurant & provide door-to-door service to the customers.

Steps to manage takeaway & delivery orders:

Step-1: In the organization menu, navigate to ‘POS‘.

Step-2: Now, enter the customer name & add products.

Step-3: Click on the ‘Save Bill‘. On clicking the save bill button, the order will be shown in KOT & also at the front desk under POS.

You can change the status of the orders by clicking the particular order number.

Step-4: If you want to generate an order token, click on the ‘Save Bill & Print KOT‘.

Step-5: Once the order is completed, click on the ‘Checkout‘ button.

Step-6: Now select the payment method & click on the ‘Pay Now‘ option.

The bill is generated.

Now if the particular order number is changed to deliver & the bill payment is completed then it will be removed from the front desk.
