Sales Channel & Team

Create Sales Channel:

User can create Sales Channel by navigating to Sales Channel menu under Sales Performance. It is an individual who manages sales.

To Add Sales Channel

1. In the Organization Menu select ‘Marketing & CRM’.

2. Navigate to ‘Sales Channel’ option.

3. Click on ‘Add Sales Channel’.

4. Enter all the required info and ‘Channel Name’

5. Click on ‘Save’.

View Video

Sales Channel details get saved successfully and will be displayed on the listing page.

Edit Sales Channel:

User can modify Sales Channel details by navigating to Sales Channel menu under Sales Performance.

To Edit Sales Channel

1. In the Organization Menu select ‘Marketing & CRM’.

2. Navigate to ‘Sales Channel’ option.

3. Click on ‘Edit’ icon.

4. Update the Sales Channel info and click on ‘Submit’.

Sales Channel details get updated successfully and will be displayed on the listing page.

Delete Sales Channel:

User can delete Sales Channel details by navigating to Sales Channel menu under Sales Performance.

To Delete Sales Channel

1. In the Organization Menu select ‘Marketing & CRM’.

2. Navigate to ‘Sales Channel’ option.

3. Click on ‘Delete’ icon.

4. Select ‘Yes‘ in delete confirmation message.

Sales Channel get deleted successfully.

Create Sales Team:

User can create Sales Team by navigating to Sales Team menu under Sales Performance. It is a group consisting a team who manages sales & leads.

To Add Sales Team

1. In the Organization Menu select ‘Sales Performance’.

2. Navigate to ‘Sales Team’ option.

3. Click on ‘Add Sales Channel Team’.

4. Enter all the required info and ‘Sales Team Name’

5. Click on ‘Save’.

View Video

Sales Channel Team details get saved successfully and will be displayed on the listing page.

Edit Sales Team:

User can modify Sales Team details and set Team Hierarchy by navigating to Sales Team menu under Sales Performance.

To Edit Sales Team

1. In the Organization Menu select ‘Sales Performance’.

2. Navigate to ‘Sales Team’ option.

3. Click on ‘Edit’ icon for a record in listing view.

4. Modify the details and click on ‘Submit’.

Sales Channel Team details get updated successfully and will be displayed on the listing page.

Set Sales Team Hierarchy:

To Set Sales Team Hierarchy

1. In the Organization Menu select ‘Sales Performance’.

2. Navigate to ‘Sales Team’ option.

3. Click on ‘Edit’ icon for a record in listing view.

4. Navigate to Sales Team Hierarchy.

5. Select user for each level starting from the top and moving towards last user in the hierarchy.

Hierarchy details can be modified by clicking on the Sales Channel Team name.

Delete Sales Team:

User can delete Sales Team record by clicking on Delete icon against that record under Sales Channel Team listing.

To Delete Sales Team

1. In the Organization Menu select ‘Sales Performance’.

2. Navigate to ‘Sales Team’ option.

3. Click on ‘Delete’ icon for a record to delete.

4. Select ‘Yes‘ in delete confirmation message.

Sales Channel Team record gets deleted successfully.
