Preventive Maintenance

In this article, you’ll learn how to manage preventive maintenance of the asset in your Membroz account.

Steps to manage preventive maintenance:

Preventive Maintenance includes 3 topics :

1. Insurance:-

Step-1. In the organization menu, select ‘Customer‘.

Step-2. Navigate to ‘Customer Asset‘.

Step-3. Select any customer asset in the asset list.

Step-4. Click on the ‘New‘ button & select ‘Renew/Update Insurance‘.

Step-5. Enter all the mandatory details & click on the ‘Save‘ button.

Manage Vehicle Details

Step-6. Now, select ‘Customer‘ & click on ‘Insurance‘ in the organization menu.

Here, you’ll find the List of Insurance.

2. Warranty:-

Step-1. In the organization menu, select ‘Customer‘.

Step-2. Navigate to ‘Warranty‘.

Step-3. Click on ‘Add Warranty‘.

Step-4. Enter all the mandatory details & click on the ‘Submit‘ button.

You can also see the Parts-warranty in the customer asset.

3. Document Renewal:-

Step-1. In the organization menu, select ‘Customer‘.

Step-2. Navigate to ‘Document Renewal‘.

Step-3. Click on ‘Add Document Renewal‘.
