Manage Client Info & Activity
In this article, you’ll learn how to manage clients’ information and activity in your Membroz account.
Steps of Managing Client Info & Activity:
Step-1. In the Organization Menu select ‘Customer’.
Step-2. Click on the Customer’s name.
There you can see the member’s information.
Step-3. Select the Activity Log tab then click to set up Disposition And Prospect Activity Log.
Here you can create a gift voucher, welcome kit, gift, and any other voucher or kit which you want to give the client.

Here you can easily find which disposition you have created for the when prospect converted to a client.
