Manage Workout

In this article, you’ll learn how to manage your workout plan in your Membroz account.

Steps to manage workout plan:

Step-1. In the organization menu, select ‘Diet & Exercise’.

Step-2. Navigate to ‘Workout Template’.

Step-3. Click on ‘Add Workout’.

Step-4. Enter the mandatory details & click on the ‘Submit’ button.

Step-5. Click on the workout plan in the workout list to create a template.

Step-6. Click on the ‘+’ sign to add different exercises to your workout plan.

Step-7. Enter the details of daily exercises & click on the ‘Save’ button.

Step-8. Likewise, you can prepare a full workout plan.
