Manage Inspection Report

In this article, you’ll learn how to manage inspection reports in your Membroz account.

Steps to manage inspection report:

There are 2 ways to manage inspection reports.

Firstly,

Step-1. In the organization menu, select ‘Customer‘ & navigate to ‘Customer asset‘.

Step-2. Select any customer asset in the asset list to create an inspection report.

Step-3. Click on the ‘New‘ button or ‘Inspection‘.

Secondly,

Step-4. In the organization menu, select ‘Work order & Services’.

Step-5. Navigate to the ‘Inspection‘ button in the work order.

Step-6. Click on ‘Add Inspection‘.

Step-7. Enter all the mandatory details as shown below. Also, fill up the Inspection form as per the requirement & click on the ‘Save‘ button.

Step-8. Click on the customer name for whom the inspection report is created.

Step-9. This is how the inspection report is created.
