Create Estimation
In this article, you’ll learn how to create an estimate report for the asset in your Membroz account.
Steps to create an estimate report:
There are 2 ways to manage estimation reports.
Firstly,
Step-1. In the organization menu, select ‘Customer‘ & navigate to ‘Customer asset‘.
Step-2. Select any customer asset in the asset list to generate an estimation report.
Step-3. Click on the ‘New‘ button or ‘Estimation‘.
Secondly,
Step-4. In the organization menu, select ‘Work order & Services’.
Step-5. Navigate to the ‘Estimate‘ button in the work order.
Step-6. Click on ‘Add Estimate‘.
Step-7. Enter all the mandatory details as shown below & click on the ‘Save’ button.
Step-8. Select the product & services that need to be repaired & click on the ‘Save‘ button.
Step-9. On clicking the ‘Save‘ button, the quotation will be generated.
