Campaign

Create Campaign:

User can create campaign by navigating to Campaigns menu under Tele Marketing.

To Add Campaign

1. In the Organization Menu select ‘TeleMarketing’.
2. Navigate to ‘Campaigns’ option.
3. Click on ‘Add Campaign’.
4. Enter  ‘Campaign Name’.
5. Select ‘Sales Channel Team‘ & ‘Marketing Team Name‘ from drop down list. Alternatively user can add a new team by clicking on ‘+‘ icon next to the entry box.
6. All the teams present in Sales Channel Team are displayed in respective LOVs.
7. Click on ‘Save’.

Campaign details get saved and will be displayed on listing page.

Edit Campaign:

User can modify campaign details by navigating to Campaigns menu under Tele Marketing.

To Edit Campaign

1. In the Organization Menu select ‘TeleMarketing’.
2. Navigate to ‘Campaigns’ option.
3. Click on ‘Edit’ icon against the Campaign you wish to modify.
4. Modify the Campaign details and click on ‘Submit’.

Campaign details get updated successfully with a success message.

1. Prospects:

To Add Prospect

1. In the Organization Menu select ‘TeleMarketing’.
2. Navigate to ‘Campaigns’ option.
3. Click on ‘Edit’ icon against the Campaign you wish to add prospect data.
4. Navigate to Prospect tab.
5. Click on ‘More’ button and select ‘Import’.
6. Choose a File and click on Upload. For ease, user can download sample file and update details in it and upload it.
7. Check the mapping fields in next tab and click on ‘Next’.
8. Verify the field data in Review Fields tab and click on ‘Next’.

Prospect details get uploaded successfully with a success message.

2. Browse Import:

User can view the history of files uploaded for prospect here. User has to create a Campaign in prior to performing browse import.

To view browse import

1. In the Organization Menu select ‘TeleMarketing’.
2. Navigate to ‘Campaigns’ option.
3. Click on ‘Edit’ icon against the Campaign you wish to modify.
4. Navigate to ‘Prospects’ tab.
5. Click on ‘More’ button and select ‘Import’.
6. Choose a file to upload.
7. Click on Next in the Mapping Fields section.
8. In the Review Fields section, review the content or user can upload a new file again by clicking on ‘Upload Again’.
9. Click on ‘Next’. System shows success message for Import is successfully done.
10. Navigate to Browse Import tab.

Import details get displayed.

Note : To view the import data, user must have sales channel permission.

3. Sales Team:

To add Sales Team

1. In the Organization Menu select ‘TeleMarketing’.
2. Navigate to ‘Campaigns’ option.
3. Click on ‘Edit’ icon against the Campaign you wish to modify.
4. Navigate to ‘Sales Team‘ tab.
5. Select Default handler.
6. Configure Sales Team user(s) in downward hierarchy.
7. Configure Marketing Team user(s) in downward hierarchy.

Delete Campaign:

User can delete campaign by clicking on Delete icon present against the campaign name in the Campaigns listing.

To Delete Campaign

1. In the Organization Menu select ‘TeleMarketing’.
2. Navigate to ‘Campaigns’ option.
3. Click on ‘Delete (Trash)’ icon against the Campaign you wish to delete.
4. Select ‘Yes’ in delete confirmation message.

Campaign gets deleted successfully.
