Overview of Payment and Billing system

In order to make the payment process easier, Membroz has the complete payment and billing system which customize payment process, easily create online invoice and send payment reminders. The system includes adjustable payment process set up as per the membership plan. With this module user can make the payment for scheduled, due and overdue payments. User can generate the invoice & then make partial or full payment or convert into the EMI option.

Online Invoice Generate

The module can automatic generate the invoice based on the payment terms or taken membership. It also provides flexible way to generate payable amount receipt & vouchers. Member can check the payment history of the reservations. It has breakup of the actual & tax amount, member can see the status of the payment with respect to Invoice. One click solution to manage all your payment

  • Payment

  • It allows user to make the full payment or partial payment or user can convert the full payment amount to the EMI option. User can easily check out the payment into the dashboard.
  • Refund

  • User can see the refund option into the Dashboard, if user wants refund or schedule a refund user can go to the bar and check to the refund tab itself.
  • Receivable

  • If any user has made the payment or schedule a payment via any medium, member can check to the receivable field and calculate the total payable amount.
  • Discount & Coupon

  • If member has allowed the discount or provided a coupon or wants to provide it to the user, he/she can go to the field and update it in the system.
